Key Responsibilities of the European Sales Manager :

  • Expand and strengthen the dealership network across 15+ European countries, including Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Sweden, and more.
  • Develop relationships with new and lapsed customers, prioritising dealer satisfaction and growth opportunities.
  • Promote a diverse product portfolio, spearhead the 2025 product launches, and maximise revenue through sales, aftersales, and spare support.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align product offerings with market needs and dealer feedback.
  • Provide technical training, marketing materials, and sales support to enhance dealer capabilities.
  • Manage field sales team mentoring and recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment with company growth plans.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions, fostering strong customer relationships.
