SAP HR-IT Senior Consultant (SuccessFactors)
Key skills :
- Hands on configuration expertise within SAP SuccessFactors, ideally within EC, Recruiting or P&G.
- Know-how within on-premise SAP HCM Payroll processes.
- Strong end to end HR business process knowledge.
- End to End SAP Implementation experience.
- Fluent in English Spoken and Written.
Desirable Skills :
- Fluent in German.
- As the SAP HR-IT Expert, you will act as the link between business and IT, playing a lead role on all SAP HR-IT topics including system customising, analysing / designing processes and leading projects.
- You will be responsible for the internal consulting of SAP HR-IT and its related projects, including further SAP SuccessFactors module implementations.
- As the IT counterpart of the HR Department, you will be in constant contact with the business to learn their requirements and help optimise all HR-IT applications including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ATOSS and OpenText.
- Play a crucial role within the design of a standard process, to then be rolled out globally.
