Solution Architect Application Managed Service (all genders) Berlin

Salary 50.000 - 75.000 EUR per year

Requirements :

• Equipped with a relevant degree (Bachelor or Master).
• At least two years of experience in a solution architect role or a similar position.
• Demonstrated know-how in application outsourcing and offshoring or near-shoring.
• Proficiency in application development and maintenance, project management, pre-sales activities, and excellent client relationship management skills.
• Skilled in developing, presenting, and implementing system integration and application outsourcing solutions, while considering both technical and commercial factors.
• Clear and confident expression in both German and English.

Responsibilities :

Tailor solutions to customer needs by actively leading end-to-end RFI / RFP or pre-sales activities.

Design comprehensive outsourcing solutions and operating models that align with clients' strategic objectives, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Coordinate and supervise the application management delegation to third-party vendors.

Lead the application solution planning team for large and complex deals, specialists, and delivery team members.

Work closely with clients and internal teams, including sales and delivery, to ensure that business and technical goals are met seamlessly, fostering long-term partnerships.
