We are excited to present a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Head of Production to join a leading organization in the medical device sector. This role is critical for ensuring seamless production and maintenance operations while maintaining compliance with industry standards and fostering a culture of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all production and maintenance operations, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to meet organizational goals, including enhancing departmental performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and ISO standards, including proper documentation, validations, and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
  • Manage and train personnel, ensuring continuous development, adherence to safety protocols, and readiness for first aid and emergency response.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including occupational health specialists and external contractors, to meet production goals and safety standards.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Educational Background : Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience; a master craftsman certificate is a plus.
  • Experience : Proven leadership in production / maintenance roles, preferably within regulated industries; familiarity with GMP and ISO standards is essential.
  • Technical Skills : Knowledge of industrial control systems, modern quality systems, and occupational safety protocols.
  • Communication Skills : Proficient in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Leadership : Strong organizational skills with experience in managing teams, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
