Technical Account Manager Retail Media (m/f/d)

At retailmediatools we provide a very flexible infrastructure platform that allows any retailer to launch and run their custom advertising platform and generate additional revenue with ads (just like Amazon does with Amazon Ads).
No matter if Sponsored Product Ads (SPA), Display / Banner ads or even custom native Ads or discounts / coupons, we support all Ad formats.
For this position we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team and support our retail clients with integration and technical setup.

Responsibilities :
- Client Onboarding : Lead the technical onboarding process for new retail clients, ensuring a seamless integration with our platform.
- Technical Support : Act as the primary technical point of contact for retail clients, addressing their queries and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Account Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored technical solutions.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and addressed.
- Continuous Improvement : Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and resources for clients and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail media technology.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager, Integration Specialist, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Familiarity with retail / commerce technology or even retail media solutions is a plus.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in API integrations, data mapping, and system configurations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Must have : professional verbal and written communication in German and English
