Your tasks

• Sample collection and preparation for further processing
• Description of formalin-fixed surgically removed material
• Cutting of formalin-fixed bioptic material including assessment of the cut edges and the introduction of specific special stains
• General laboratory activities

Your profile

• successfully completed training as VMTA / MTA / TFA / MFA or comparable scientific training
• First professional experience in handling pathological samples
• Initial professional experience in handling animal samples
• Initiative, enthusiasm, ability to work in a team and reliability
• Basic technical understanding and good IT skills are an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German
• Enjoy learning new things
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
