Our team, 'Transformation & Growth' is one of the key elements of the Energy Infrastructure Solutions Central Team, where we focus on building capability, scaling our business, our target operating model and the enablers of growth in our organization.

One of the key tasks for us will be the development and mobilization of The Academy of the Future. Our current Academy has been in operation since 2019 and we want to take it from 'Good' to 'Great'. It has over 250 members, representing all our regions and the full Energy Infrastructure Solutions value chain - from Origination and Sales all the way through to Operations & Maintenance.

Your Tasks

  • You will work within the Central Energy Infrastructure Solutions team, but alongside a cross-regional team to help enable change within our organization
  • You will be directly embedded into two of the four Workstreams, contributing your ideas and inspirations to reach positive conclusions for our Academy
  • You will have direct interaction with the Project Management Office and help keep The Academy of the Future project on track
  • You will be part of the team who will design and implement our Academy of the Future Launch event in Q4 2024

Your Profile

  • You are studying human resources, people development, communications or organizational design and have an interest in project management (or have comparable experience).
  • We would also welcome applications from future engineers, who have a passion for the topics above.
  • You care about our planet and about decarbonization and sustainability.
  • You have great organizational skills and would enjoy working in a fast-paced, international, project led environment.
  • You have a good command of English, German and other languages are an advantage.
  • Any previous working experience in companies or agencies is very welcome.
