Monitor and adjust clustering, plan inventory strategically
Coordinate product lifecycle management with countries
Identify new opportunities and develop Go-to-Market strategies
Lead coordination projects between countries
Monitoring & Reporting :
Enhance reporting capabilities and improve KPIs
Align financial and commercial KPIs across countries
Pricing & Demand Management :
Implement pricing and demand management to optimize processes
Support pricing and demand management targets
Operational Steering :
Analyze data to identify trends in IT areas
Define and align strategies with stakeholders
Manage performance indicators and align with company goals
Implement international standards and frameworks
Develop and execute communication strategies
Maintain a business plan for product categories
Enhance customer journeys and experiences
Standardize market and category insights
Collaborate with vendors to increase turnover and profit
Create a commercial calendar and governance model
Define the rhythm and content for category reviews
Your Profile
Degree in economics, business administration or similar qualification
Several years of professional experience as a category manager or similar role, preferably within the IT consumer electronics sector
Experience with market research and in business data analytics, preferably in the IT area
Excellent knowledge of category management and sales principles
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and analyze performance, optimize plans, make quick decisions and measure impact to the business. Analysis of details where necessary
Team player with strong communication, inter-cultural and presentational skills
Skilled in execution and project management
Eagerness to learn, drive change and results oriented
Business fluent in German and English
Proficient in Office
