Our client is a Relocation / Global Mobility Service provider that supports companies in hiring, relocating, and integrating global talent to Germany. They specialize in streamlining the process of bringing international talent to German companies, ensuring a smooth transition for both employers and employees.

Tasks

As a Global Mobility Manager for Germany, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Mobility Team. You will be responsible for managing visa and residence permit applications, including fast-track procedures, while continuously optimizing and digitizing processes. This role requires an ownership mindset and the ability to work in close collaboration with another Global Mobility Manager, covering each other's cases when necessary.

This position rewuires a high attention to detail and the ability to work independently . You will be expected to : Meticulously review and prepare application documents for visas and residence permits, ensuring all information is accurate and complete

  • Efficiently manage your workload and time, taking ownership of your cases and meeting deadlines independently.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and digitization, implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records in our internal databases and structures.
  • Collaborate effectively with your tandem, ensuring seamless coverage and consistent quality of service across all cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing immigration procedures and requirements. Your attention to detail will be crucial in navigating complex bureaucratic processes, while your independent work ethic will allow you to thrive in our remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process visa and residence permit applications, including fast-track procedures
  • Create and maintain comprehensive guidelines for candidates regarding bureaucratic procedures and internal processes
  • Collaborate closely with other Global Mobility Managers to ensure seamless case management and coverage
  • Continuously optimize and digitize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conduct research on new immigration procedures
  • Maintain and update internal databases and structures
  • Requirements

  • Proficiency in both German and English is essential
  • Strong tech affinity and willingness to learn and implement new digital tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Organized and highly detail-oriented work ethic
  • Available to work remotely for 15-20 hours per week
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as HubSpot, is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ownership mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
