ABOUT THE TEAM

We are building the leading Product and Engineering organisation in Europe and are looking for Technical Product Managers of different seniority levels in several product areas, such as Banking, Wealth, Data Platform, Runtime Platform, Developer Experience, among others (yes, we treat the tools we build for our engineers and data folks as products).

You can choose your mission with the possibility of changing environments over time to intensify teamwork and develop individual skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Analyze data to find the right problems to solve, and breaking solutions down into smaller executable chunks that deliver value
  • Become the ultimate owner of one or more technical products, taking care of them from a 360 degrees perspective, from ideation to delivery, tracking performance and business impact
  • Understand your user and existing state-of-the-art solutions, and create a compelling product vision and roadmap
  • Work cross-functionally with engineers and operations managers, and interact security, compliance, data, and legal teams to craft solutions that will delight our users and provide value to the business
  • Define and analyze metrics, identify pain points, and iterate quickly to deliver optimal user experience while minimizing risks

    • WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 3 years of product management hands-on experience in technical products, i.e. platforms, distributed systems, SDKs, etc.
  • You have a technical background and a passion for complex engineering problems
  • Founder-mindset - you enjoy working in highly autonomous, ambiguous and fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical, prioritisation, organisational and problem solving skills
  • Experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, security, operations)
  • High attention to details with a bias for action
