What youll build

The Solution Sales Expert (f / m / d) combines deep SAP expertise business acumen and end-to-end solution knowledge to drive LoB cloud revenue customer success and adoption of innovation (especially AI) advancing both LoB priorities and the One SAP strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Account ownership & strategy : Own LoB strategy for assigned accounts; build and execute plans aligned to customer goals and broader account plans.
• Pipeline & opportunity management : Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
• Product success & innovation : Lead GTM for new solutions; engage early with customers; validate use cases; influence roadmap; drive AI initiatives (e.g. BDC Knowledge Graphs scalable PoCs Joule agents).
• Enablement demos & prototypes : Ensure demo readiness and run enablement programs; support rapid prototyping.
• Value proposition & executive engagement : Partner with value advisors to create clear ROI narratives and competitive differentiation; engage Csuite.
• Commercial negotiations : Handle complex pricing and contract discussions to balance client outcomes and cloud growth.
• Adoption consumption & success : Collaborate with CS / CS&D and CSMs to ensure delivery monitor outcomes secure references manage escalations and drive renewals and expansion.
• Relationship governance : DriveC-suite engagements and Buying Center Alignmentbyfosteringlong-term high-valuerelationships. Lead QBRs focused on adoption innovation risks and opportunities.
• Ecosystem & partners : Own strategic partner relationships to coinnovate build joint GTM and shape disruptive solutions.
• Collaboration & orchestration : Align with Sales Product and Marketing to integrate impact and tailor GTM approach.
