The Opportunity : Your Role & Impact

As the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers you will be the friendly and professional voice of our brand. You will provide world-class support across all travel-related inquiries ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer queries in German via phone email and chat.
• Focus on bookings modifications cancellations and general product / service information.
• Efficiently diagnose and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams for complex issue escalation.
• Consistently strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service quality targets.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have Requirements :

Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days prior to the start date.

Exception : Employees who already own a confirmed house / apartment in Greece with reliable internet may be eligible to start fully remote immediately.
