  • Provide datadriven insights to support management in resource planning and strategic decisionmaking.
  • Analyze historical data and trends to identify areas for improvement in forecasting accuracy and staffing efficiency.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate forecast accuracy staffing metrics and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather input and ensure alignment in planning processes.

    • Qualifications :

    • Bachelor in data analysis / data science / IT or Economics.
    • Analytical mindset ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights
    • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel
    • Other programming languages are a plus (e.g. Python Java JavaScript etc)
    • Excellent written and spoken communication in English and German
    • Willingness to relocate to Berlin
