What you’ll build

The Solution Sales Expert (f / m / d) combines deep SAP expertise, business acumen, and end-to-end solution knowledge to drive LoB cloud revenue, customer success, and adoption of innovation (especially AI), advancing both LoB priorities and the “One SAP” strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Account ownership & strategy : Own LoB strategy for assigned accounts; build and execute plans aligned to customer goals and broader account plans.
• Pipeline & opportunity management : Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
• Product success & innovation : Lead GTM for new solutions; engage early with customers; validate use cases; influence roadmap; drive AI initiatives (e.g., BDC, Knowledge Graphs, scalable PoCs, Joule agents).
• Enablement, demos & prototypes : Ensure demo readiness and run enablement programs; support rapid prototyping.
• Value proposition & executive engagement : Partner with value advisors to create clear ROI narratives and competitive differentiation; engage C‑suite.
• Commercial negotiations : Handle complex pricing and contract discussions to balance client outcomes and cloud growth.
• Adoption, consumption & success : Collaborate with CS / CS&D and CSMs to ensure delivery, monitor outcomes, secure references, manage escalations, and drive renewals and expansion.
• Relationship governance : Drive C-suite engagements and Buying Center Alignment by fostering long-term high-value relationships. Lead QBRs focused on adoption, innovation, risks, and opportunities.
• Ecosystem & partners : Own strategic partner relationships to co‑innovate, build joint GTM, and shape disruptive solutions.
• Collaboration & orchestration : Align with Sales, Product, and Marketing to integrate  impact and tailor GTM approach.
