What you'll do
Support for the relocation of the offices from Munich city center and Hallbergmoos to Garching :
- Coordination of service providers (furniture modifications, dismantling, etc.)
- Assistance with emptying the buildings (storage space openings, etc.)
- Assistance in Garching, for example : training and support on various topics such as smart storage spaces, access systems, parking systems, etc.
- Support in all buildings as needed in day-to-day operations
- Assistance with communications and preparation of documents for the move and new building
What you bring
- Student (f / m / d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Computer skills : Word, Excel
- Language skills : fluent in German, English as a plus
- Soft skills : team player, expert in organizing, creative.

Global Real Estate & Facilities is responsible for SAP's global real estate portfolio and operational facility management (FM).

Our various departments handle tasks related to building management, services, real estate, and construction management for our office buildings and data centers.
SAP's Global Facility Management is responsible for all locations in Germany, which include over 50 buildings and a total area of over 700,000 square meters.
In addition to the SAP headquarters in Walldorf, the portfolio includes properties in St. Leon Rot, Berlin, Potsdam, Düsseldorf, Dresden, Eschborn, Freiberg, Hamburg, Markdorf, Munich, and St. Ingbert.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
