Marketing Solutions Manager in the field of rheumatology (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Marketing Solutions Manager (m / f / d) who is strategic and innovative to join us in our Rheumatology team, based in Monheim , Germany.
As the Marketing Solution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless execution of the patient value brand plan for our product portfolio within the Rheumatology sector.
Your responsibilities will encompass both local initiation and coordination efforts within the EU and global rheumatology organization.

Your tasks
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiative success. Engaging with cross-functional teams within the EU rheumatology sector and across UCB, you'll contribute expertise to propel our marketing strategies forward.
Reporting to the Marketing Strategy Lead, Rheumatology Germany, you'll play a vital role in making a positive impact on patient care.
- Support marketing team in executing cross-functional Patient Value Brand Plan (PVBP) to drive optimal product growth through market insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape and refine global, EU, and local strategies / projects.
- Implement key global / EU / local iPVU rheumatology marketing campaigns, events, and training activities.
- Engage with team members to optimize omnichannel strategies for HCP and patient engagement.
- Manage external agencies / vendors to implement initiatives within budget and timelines, including material management, controlling, contract management, and source clear approvals.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in stakeholder-facing roles. Optimal : Minimum 1 year of experience in brand / commercial roles.
- Strong skills in business planning, tactical plan development, project management.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement meaningful solutions for patients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English.
