Job Overview : Mammotion is now hiring Senior Sales Manager to plan, execute, and eventually build channel structure in UK / Ireland.

You will be part of the fast-growing Team which represents a key growth driver for Mammotion in Europe.

The role of EU Sales Manager will report to EU Director of Mammotion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Enhance collaboration and expand sales scale with existing partners in UK and Ireland.
  • Creatively establish new channel structures and execute channel policies and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Responsible for achieving the assigned sales targets.

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in related industries, with preference given to candidates with channel manager positions.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experienced and well connected with UK DIY retailer resources
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • An excellent coordinator who can leverage all necessary resources to achieve the assigned market targets.
