Since 2018 Caviar Union GmbH has been packaging and wholesaling caviar and other premium-quality seafood products (like salmon and king crab).

We are looking for a professional who knows how to manage the business processes and will be responsible for controlling and overseeing all business operations, people, and ventures.

Tasks

Management of the main directions of the company's activity (packaging, logistics)
Human Resources issues (setting tasks, control, search)
Paperwork
Communication with the Head of Production & the office
Steuerbüro communication
Communication with our suppliers
Warehouse Control

Requirements

Fluent English and German is mandatory (at least B1)

It would also be useful to speak Russian

Supervisory work experience (min.2 years)

Basic accounting knowledge

High communication & soft skills

Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Other current work tasks

It will be great advantage if you are familiar with SAP SE or Odoo

experience in the food industry gives you an advantage
