Ihre Aufgaben
- Support the Managing Director of the Medical Systems Division in defining and execution the strategic roadmap for the medical businesses in Europe, Middle East and Africa
- Support the Managing Director in preparation and organization of his entire communication to the global headquarter, the EMEA headquarter and the regions in EMEA, incl.
meeting and event preparation (e.g. Executive Committees, Project Steering Committees or regional Sales Kick-off Events)
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and senior leadership within the organization, facilitating effective communication and alignment of priorities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects on behalf of the Managing Director, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration across local, regional, and global teams
- Drive continuous improvement efforts within the division by identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement, and implementing appropriate solutions
- Represent the Managing Director in meetings and engagements as needed, articulating key messages and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director, offering counsel on a wide range of business and operational matters
- Take on ad-hoc responsibilities and special projects as assigned by the Managing Director, demonstrating flexibility and agility in addressing evolving business needs
- Prepare presentations / reports and orchestrate decision-making processes
- Conduct analyses and research independently, calculate and evaluate business cases, summarize results, develop recommendations, and drive next steps
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Science, ideally with a focus on medical technology
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a leading international Strategy Consultancy with exposure to multinational project settings
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a leading international Strategy Consultancy with exposure to multinational project settings
- Professional experience in MedTech, Life Science, or Pharma industries
- Exceptional experience in project management, including interfacing with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels and cultural backgrounds
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills, along with exceptional conceptual abilities
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications
- Organized and methodological working style with excellent time management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
- Willingness to travel up to 30% is required
