Key Responsibilities :

  • Working together within Regional HR team in budget process for EEMA Region once a year for approx. 3 months and then thereafter supporting in controlling and monitoring HR related budget expenses
  • Preparation, presentation, and consolidation of the staff expenses budget for the regional office.
  • Controlling and reporting of HR related expenses for region countries, analysis of the country budget files and guiding the countries under EEMA region in the whole budget process.
  • Preparing monthly and ad-hoc reports for Monthly actual vs. budget analysis of staff expenses.
  • Developing, implementing, and embedding company’s reward strategy / C&B strategy across all locations from both an operational and strategic perspective
  • Coordinate the core cyclical reward activities including annual salary review and bonus payments
  • Miscellaneous Comp & Ben related reporting in relation to HO reporting deadlines
  • Developing and delivering people analytics and reporting requirements to identify trends and deliver solutions
  • Develop and manage big data models with Excel, VBA as well as enhancing the usage of our HR systems
  • Preparation, analysis and improvement of HR related reports on regional level
  • Updating various HR related reports as required by time to time, following the deadlines
  • Following up local SharePoint reports of EEMA Countries (HC, HR costs, absenteeism, org charts, JDs, Onboarding Documentation, etc.)
  • Working within HR team, ensuring SOX compliance for all region countries; controlling and checking whether the required SOX compliance policies and procedures are followed
  • Conducting regular audits for the countries
  • Ad-hoc reporting to support Head of HR EEMA
  • SAP HR updating, checks and control for EEMA region as per global policies and procedure

Requirements :

  • Human Resources, Labor Relations or Administration graduated professional.
  • 3-5 years of prior HR experience in the similar role, preferable from multinational environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint mastery must be high level including macro knowledge) and SAPHR, Oracle knowledge
  • Ability to work independently, accurately under time pressure with high level of stress-resilience
  • Collaborative team player, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, flexible to switch between different tasks and priorities.
  • Good communication skills. Business proficiency in verbal and written, both English and German language is must.
