The FieldTechnical Lead for Cytiva is responsible developing the technicalconfidence and competency of the Cytiva Field Service and RemoteEngineers .
Thisposition is part of the FTL Team located in EMEA and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, toadvance future therapeutics from discovery todelivery.
What you’lldo :
- Working with the localfield teams and the Global Training team you’ll provide leadershipand direction to ensure that our Field Service Engineers have thehighest levels of technical competence relative to the product areayou’re responsible for.
- Become Subject MatterExperts on PALL Products and Vanrx or PNI Products & Lead First In-Country / Region Installs& IQOQ and serviceprojects
- ImplementingFSE development packages through on-the-job / refresher training andmentoring
- Work withcross-regional teams to develop or update training, procedures,manuals
- Give In-Class training toField Engineers on relevant product (mostly Uppsala, Sweden) & Completing JQS (Job Quality Standard) assessments withFSEs
Whoyou are :
- 5+ years ofworking experience with LabScale or BioProcesshardware
- Excellentcommunication skills and ability to share knowledge and developothers
- Experience withworking in controlled, validated and GMP compliantenvironments
- Strongfocus on Ergonomics, Health and Safety and Cytiva standardwork
- Willingness totravel within Region
Travel,Motor Vehicle Record & Physical / EnvironmentalRequirements :
- Ability totravel across EMEA region and even USCAN for approx.50%
- Must have a validdriver’s license
- Ability tolift, move or carry equipment up to 45lb
Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein :
- Youpossess strong technical-analytical skills and problem-solvingabilities
- Knowledge ofchromatography or similar technologies is advantageous.
- IT skills relating toOPC, Networking and Automation a distinctadvantage
