Your challenges?
- You will coordinate weekly and monthly reporting
- You will assist the group customer quality director in the realisation of objectives, especially customer response performance
- You will provide data analysis and reports for the group customer quality director
- You will coordinate and support transversal tasks (reporting standardisation, new procedure creation, training plans, customer knowledge)
- You will improve efficiency of activity by analysing lean reporting methods
- You will participate in reviews with customer quality network
- You will be the contact point for the customer quality network in regards to group requests, communications, surveys
- You will be the interface between Valeo quality head office (Paris) and customer quality network for web based activities

You are graduated from a master degree in engineeringYou already have experience in qualityYou have a fluent level of EnglishYou ideally have programming skills (Python, VBA, Google script)You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinkingYou are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacyPlease, don't forget to apply in English to facilitate the process with our managers.
