To ensure a smooth safe and well-functioning office environment we are looking forward to welcoming you as Office & Facility Manager within the People & Culture team at our headquarters in Cologne .

In this role you will take a hands-on responsibility for day-to-day office operations and facilities management ensuring that our physical work environment equipment and services run reliably and efficiently.

Your main duties will be :

• First on-site point of contact for internal employees and external service providers across all four floors of our Cologne headquarters
• Responsibility for the smooth daily operation of office facilities including monitoring office conditions and ensuring tidiness cleanliness safety and functionality of all premises
• Coordination and supervision of external vendors and facility-related service providers (e.g. cleaning providers maintenance facility services)
• Responsibility for office infrastructure such as workplace setup furniture technical equipment access systems and post management
• Procurement and inventory management (incl. tracking of office supplies equipment and assets as well as daily necessities)
• Close collaboration with the HR department in processual onboarding of new employees with a focus on physical setup (equipment access badges IT handover coordination)
• Support in organizing internal events meetings and workshops from an operational and logistical perspective in close collaboration with the Academy & Events Team
• Training new staff members on office-related procedures and standards
• Participation in cross-company projects and active contribution to continuous improvement of operational processes
