Salesforce Developer (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Your area of responsibility in customer projects is diverse. You lead workshops with customers, evaluate the technical implementation of customer requirements, are responsible for the design and implementation and act as a contact person for technical issues.
• You are in close contact with product owners, IT architects and other experts and deal with the selection and adaptation of frameworks, standard components and methods.
• New topics and technologies are part of your daily work, such as microservices, DevOps, artificial intelligence, data management, API-led data integration
• Hands-on development using configuration, APEX, HTML, LWC, JQuery.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable degree
• You speak fluent German and English and convince with your communication and problem solving skills
• A positive attitude with a "can do" mentality, strong stakeholder management and excellent teamwork with customers and colleagues
• You have a strong interest in digital transformations, convince with your affinity for topics related to customer relationship management
• More than 3 years of experience working with Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud & Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JavaScript, JSON and / or Ajax.
• Solid understanding of Salesforces declarative and adaptive features and experience with relational databases, data modeling, DB schema and SOQL / SOSL.

Ideally, initial experience with API integrations, in-depth and outbound.

• Ability to design and prototype solutions primarily on the Salesforce platform using the Apex and Lightning programming language, Lightning web components, and Salesforce unit testing
• Experience with customizing objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, email alerts, approval processes, list views, reports and dashboards
• Proficient with IDEs such as VS Code, Sublime, Eclipse, as well as APEX Data loader and DIE
• Knowledge of using modern IDEs (VSCode) and SCM tools (Git, SVN)
• Advanced knowledge in the areas of application, data and infrastructure architecture
• You enjoy working in a team and are able to work on topics in a determined, motivated and independent manner.
