Your role
The University of Luxembourg (UL) invites applications for a postdoctoral researcher position within the Department of Computer Science ( http : / / dcs.uni.lu ). The candidate should have a research track record on one of the following research areas :
- Trustworthy AI
- AI for formal methods
- Formal methods for AI
The successful candidate will participate in the activities of the research group led by Prof. Dr. Jun Pang in the Belval Campus of the University of Luxembourg.
The candidate's tasks include the following :
Lead and conduct excellent research on the one of the above research areasCommunicate research results in international conferences and journalsContribute to fund attraction activitiesAssist and / or contribute in teaching activitiesSupport in the supervision of PhD / master / bachelor studentsYour profile
PhD degree and outstanding qualifications in computer scienceDocumented research experience, such as publications in top venues, in at least one of the above research areas listed aboveStrong mathematical and algorithmic backgroundA pro-active approach to achieving research excellenceCommitment, team working and a critical mindFluent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatoryWe offer
