Assistant Manager / Manager - Tax Compliance

The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with : Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).

Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting :

Assistant Manager / Manager - Tax Compliance

Your role :

Your main tasks will be to provide tax compliance services for national and international companies. This includes :

The preparation of Luxembourg corporate tax returns, the calculation of tax provisions and the review of tax assessments;

The maintenance of diverse tax records and the follow up on all filing deadlines related to Luxembourg taxation for clients companies;

T he coordination between clients and other service providers;

The preparation and participation to internal and / or external trainings;

Team management and role model attitude.

Your profile :

You hold either a bachelor degree in Accountancy or a university degree in Economics, Law or Finance;

You have more than 6 years of experience in the Tax Compliance field in Luxembourg;

You are fluent in English. German and French are considered as an asset;

You have good knowledge of standard computer tools (MS Office);

You are seen as a good team worker, strong organization and prioritization skills.
