Office Manager - Munich (M/F/D)

As the Office Manager for our Munich office, you'll be responsible for a variety of office duties. Sitting in reception, you'll be the front line and first point of contact for our visitors.
You'll also provide administrative support services to site leads and Senior managers. This will include travel requests, expense submission and calendar management.

As an Office Manager , you will be responsible for :
- Establishing procedures for office maintenance, working with the landlord on facilities related issues.
- Providing administrative assistant to managers, HR and Finance departments.
- Maintaining a safe and secure working environment, acting as Safety Officer for the office.
- Managing office vendor relationships, negotiate, closing and support ongoing relationships.
- Planning and executing internal events.
- Managing post and courier service delivery and monitoring office supplies and food inventory.
- Working closely with the site lead and support with various initiatives.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will :
- Have relevant experience managing a busy front reception including associated administrative tasks.
- Have knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
- Have knowledge of business and management principles.
- Have computer skills (Microsoft Office) and knowledge of other office software packages.
- Have fluency in German and English.
