Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting qualification structuring negotiation and closing
• Manage and grow a portfolio of active clients as primary point of contact
• Oversee the end-to-end drawdown process in coordination with credit risk and operations
• Act as a trusted advisor aligning Vanes financing solutions with client needs
• Identify opportunities for renewals upsells and expanded facilities
• Support selected strategic partnerships and partner-led deals
• Maintain accurate CRM records pipeline forecasts and reporting
• Represent Vane with clients partners and at industry events

• 35 years experience in B2B sales or client-facing commercial roles
• Background in fintech financial services or tech-enabled industries preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and long-term client relationships
• Strong consultative selling organisational and communication skills
• Tech affinity as the role works closely with the product tech and credit teams on product enhancements and feature updates
• Comfortable working across European and US markets
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
