• Implementing and driving the global strategic HR priorities and related KPIs
• Trustfully collaborating with leaders, employees, unions and works councils
• Recruiting & Staffing : employer branding & talent selection, workforce planning
• Training & Developing : supporting talent reviews, training- and succession planning
• Performance Managing : ensuring continuous feedback discussions
• Planning rewards : compensation planning and administrating payroll changes
• Driving engagement : implementing and acting on employee engagement surveys, supporting employee resource groups, driving diversity, inclusion & belonging
• Managing HR Systems : ensuring data quality in People Soft, Taleo, Success Factors
• Applying HR Processes : ensuring HR standards and management systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 45001 / 14001 / 50001
• Ensuring compliance : application of employment laws and code of conduct
• Supporting strategic People projects – global HR project teamwork elevating our culture
