Position Overview

With our strong business growth globally, Multiway Robotics is now looking for an Account Representative (Direct Sales) to join our fast growing business in Europe. Based in Germany, you will accelerate our Go-To-Market strategy within the targeted markets and help grow existing opportunities.

This position will require you traveling within Europe.

Your mission :

  • Participation in the end to end sales lifecycle, including creating leads, building up sales pipelines, contract preparation, negotiation, etc.
  • Preparation and execution of account plans, status reports, sales and revenue forecasting and quota attainment.
  • Attend industry exhibitions with the Sales team in Europe
  • Develop and maintain high-value relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales goals, sustain revenue growth and provide recommendations to enhance growth and revenue potential.
  • Proficient in offerings of Multiway Robotics, working to understand customers need and providing solutions.
  • Develop strategic plans based on industry trending (Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.) and customer analysis.
  • Work with Solutions team / project delivery / FAE teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions and customer satisfaction.

What we expect you :

  • Experienced or strong interest in developing a Sales, Business Development and Account Management career in Robotics / industrial AI / Automation. Prior tech related experiences would be highly advantageous, include but not limited to AI hardware / software experience.
  • Exhibit “hunter” mentality and possesses outstanding ability to close sales.
  • Demonstrate a sense of strong ownership in the workplace.
  • Excellent English for presentation and communication; fluency in Mandarin would be a great plus; And fluency in German / French or other major European language would be a major plus.
