Engineer(Contracted) Job Location : Rijswijk，Netherlands Main

Responsibilities : Lead the resolution of software issues in the

field for products such as photovoltaics, data centers, energy

storage, and charging, quickly addressing problems and preventing

their recurrence. Complete communication and interaction with

clients, assist clients and the service team in resolving issues,

and enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in specialized

maintenance activities for products like photovoltaics, data

centers, energy storage, and charging, including preventive

maintenance checks, to ensure smooth operation of products in the

field. Develop software maintenance platforms and capabilities,

continuously enhance the maintenance skills of team members, and

foster a positive team atmosphere. Extract software optimization

suggestions and maintainability requirements for products based on

field issues. Participate in the design of digital operation and

maintenance solutions for energy software (such as IT tools),

continuously improving product maintainability. Requirements :

Possess foundational knowledge in the fields of new energy and

software-related areas : software engineering, communication

engineering, mechanical engineering, photovoltaics, data centers,

energy storage, and temperature control. Preference will be given

to candidates with some maintenance experience and software

capabilities. A university degree in computer science or a related

field, or equivalent experience At least one year of experience in

developing, testing, or maintaining software products (including

solutions) is preferred Experience with energy-related products is

preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and communication
