The Manager Master Scheduling (f / m / d) for BeckmanCoulter Diagnostics is leading a team of schedulers and shippingcoordinators. In this position you will be responsible fordeveloping production and supply plans that take forecasts,availability of material and manufacturing capacity into account.In this position you are also responsible for identifying andmaintaining the appropriate planning parameters in our ERP systemsto optimize subassembly production and raw material supplyplans.

This position is located in Munich,Baierbrunn and will beon-site.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Lead,mentor, and develop a team of schedulers and shipping coordinators,fostering a culture of high performance andaccountability.
  • Develop, implement, andmaintain robust master schedules that align with productioncapabilities, supply chain constraints, and customerdemands.
  • Oversee the scheduling and shippingoperations to guarantee timely and accurate delivery ofproducts.
  • Work closely with production, supplychain, and logistics teams to synchronize schedules and swiftlyresolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitorinventory levels and production rates, making necessary adjustmentsto schedules to maintain optimal inventorylevels.
  • Act as a liaison between variousdepartments to facilitate effective communication and coordination,ensuring alignment across the organization.

In this position you willanalyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related toscheduling and shipping performance, using this data to drivecontinuous improvements.

Part of the job isimplementing and championing continuous improvement initiatives toenhance efficiency and effectiveness in scheduling and shippingprocesses. In this role you will ensure all operations comply withcompany policies, procedures, and regulatoryrequirements.

Qualifications :

  • Provenexperience in managing and leading a team, with strong leadershipand mentoring skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree inSupply Chain Management, Business Administration, IndustrialEngineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or supplychain management in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complexdata and make informed decisions.
  • Excellentorganizational and time management skills, with the ability tohandle multiple tasks and meet tightdeadlines.
  • Proficient in using scheduling andERP software systems; advanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSuite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels ofthe organization.
  • Excellent English and Germanskills.
