Senior Flutter Web Developer (m / f / d)

To support this mission, we are looking for a Senior Flutter Web Developer who is passionate about building secure, high-performance web applications and enjoys working on products where security, scalability, and reliability truly matter .

Tasks

As a Senior Flutter Web Developer, you will take ownership of core parts of our Flutter-based web platform. You will help define frontend architecture, ensure excellent performance, and implement security-critical features in close collaboration with backend, AI, and product teams.

This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in BLoC state management , strong frontend security awareness, and a performance-driven mindset.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Flutter web applications
• Define and enforce clean architecture patterns , with a strong focus on BLoC
• Build scalable, testable, and maintainable state management solutions
• Optimize rendering, bundle size, load times, and runtime performance
• Implement security-focused frontend solutions (authentication, authorization, secure storage, API protection)
• Collaborate closely with backend, AI, product, and UX teams
• Review code, mentor team members, and contribute to technical standards
• Proactively identify technical risks, security issues, and performance bottlenecks
