Role : Payroll Specialist
Location : Essen Germany onsite

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage employee data attendance absences and leave records.
- Assist with payroll processing and related accounting tasks.
- Provide support and guidance on HRrelated matters to employees.
- Issue necessary certificates and documentation.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Collaborate closely with employees and management.
REQUIREMENTS
Native or fluent in German (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency.Previous experience in HR administration or payroll accounting is a plus.At least 1 years experience in German payroll and labor law.Proficient in using standard office software and productivity tools.Ability to work onsite.High attention to detail.Motivated and committed to professional growth and team development.Enthusiastic passionate and friendly with a positive attitude.OFFER
