Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies : sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor team members in Agile practices to foster continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to prioritize the backlog and align it with business objectives.
- Assist the PO in writing clear, concise requirements for development.
- Work with internal and external teams to break down complex requirements into manageable tasks.
- Help the team define the Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Ready (DoR) .
- Proactively address dependencies and roadblocks to ensure smooth sprint progress.
- Track and analyze team velocity to improve planning and delivery outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar IT-related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master in web application and CMS projects.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Experience working closely with Product Owners to ensure alignment between development and business goals.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Development (C++), Python, Yocto for effective communication with developers.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is an advantage.
