About the Role

As a Research Manager, you’ll lead interdisciplinary R&D programs in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Simulation, Digital Twins, and Engineering Sciences. You’ll work with our customers — world-leading companies like Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, BMW, — and top universities e.g., MIT, Harvard, Berkeley, Stanford and ETH Zurich — shaping projects that bridge academia and industry.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage international research projects across AI, Data Science, and Engineering.
• Build and run multi-stakeholder consortia with universities, tech giants, and public institutions.
• Identify emerging research opportunities and drive competitive funding proposals (EU & national).
• Translate complex scientific insights into technologies that redefine industries.
• Represent TWT at major conferences and review panels — and make your mark in the global research community.
• Mentor exceptional young researchers and foster internal excellence.
