We are looking for someone to take ownership of our kitchen operation at Moxy. We are a busy hotel where guests are looking for quick but nutritious meals.
You don’t need to be a chef, but you do need to have a passion for food, be organised, and be able to work under pressure.
Experience of Rational Ovens and Merry chefs would be advantageous and knowledge of HACCP.
