Requirements
Practical experience in the field of network infrastructures
Experience in the area of the extreme network portfolio
Experience in the area of the firewall pfSense and the manufacturer Sophos
Advanced knowledge in the areas of routing / switching, firewalling, wireless LAN, network management and analysis
Practical experience with technologies and standards such as QOS, 802.1X, dynamic routing protocols, high availability, Wireshark
Independent, analytical and methodical way of working
Very good language skills in German and good English skills (spoken and written)
Customer, service and service orientation
Tasks Responsibilities
Contact person for IT networking services in the project as well as in service
Implementation and administration of complex network projects at the customer's site and internally
Independent implementation of customer requirements
Creation of technical documentation
Network security
Ensuring the operation of network infrastructures
Administration of the monitoring of network infrastructures
Processing of service requests in the ticket system
