About the Role
As a Project Manager at Novutech, you'll be the orchestrator of successful NetSuite implementation and large optimization projects (or similar large Tech Stack / Digitalization projects for Fast Growing European Companies), bridging the gap between our expert teams and ambitious clients. You'll take ownership of projects from kick-off to go-live, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and exceed customer expectations.
Your day-to-day will include :
Leading the project : Take full responsibility for projects from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables while keeping everyone aligned and motivated. Maintain project financials and profitability through resource scheduling, revenue forecasting, billing reconciliations, and expense management. Navigate change requests and adapt project plans as needed. Organise and lead project status meetings with project key stakeholders and project steering groups with project leadership and sponsors.
Getting hands-on : When the situation demands it, you'll roll up your sleeves and jump into the details, whether that's troubleshooting issues, supporting the team with hands-on work, or doing whatever it takes to keep the project on track.
Being the trusted advisor : Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring all targets and requirements are met throughout their journey.
Solving challenges : Proactively identify risks and issues before they become problems, and navigate change requests with confidence.
Driving growth : Spot opportunities for upselling and contribute to pre-sales activities, helping Novutech and our clients grow together.
Empowering teams : Allocate resources smartly, provide feedback to team members, and create an environment where everyone can do their best work. Keep stakeholders informed through weekly Project Status Reports, bi-weekly dashboard reports, and regular communication with Executive Sponsors and department leadership.

Job requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
3-5 years of project management experience in full lifecycle ERP / cloud software implementations.
Track record of successfully delivering projects (50-500 days in size).
Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and systems integration expertise.
Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly-changing environment, working with complex projects and handling demanding customers.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a big plus.
PMP certification or equivalent is a bonus.
