Your Role

  • Lead the transformation of core business models in the insurance industry.
  • Define target functional and IT landscapes , with a focus on core insurance applications.
  • Advise management on key transformation and modernization strategies .
  • Design innovative solutions that align with business goals for core insurance processes.
  • Oversee the integration of core systems with peripheral applications, ensuring seamless operations.

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring :

  • Relevant Experience : Professional background in management consulting or as an in-house consultant with expertise in insurance. Ideally, you have experience in functional and technical architecture , core processes, and operations management.
  • Project Leadership : Strong project management skills, including experience organizing and leading workshops .
  • Bonus Skills : Familiarity with migration projects is a plus.
  • Adaptability : Willingness to travel within Europe for consulting engagements.
  • Fluency in English : Essential for effective business communication.
