Your Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize frontend and backend solutions using .NET and Blazor.

Implement scalable, maintainable code aligned with best practices and industry standards.

Maintain and improve CI / CD pipelines on Azure DevOps , ensuring smooth deployment cycles.

Work with relational databases (MSSQL) and manage complex data structures.

Collaborate in an agile, international team , engaging in code reviews, technical discussions, and innovation workshops .

Ensure high software quality by leveraging monitoring tools, security practices, and performance optimization .

Drive continuous improvement, explore new technologies, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Preferred) Work with healthcare communication standards like HL7 & FHIR to integrate with hospital systems.

What You Bring

Strong experience with .NET, Blazor, and Entity Framework .

Proficiency in MSSQL and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, Blazor components) .

Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines on Azure DevOps .

Familiarity with containerized applications (Docker / Kubernetes) and cloud deployment.

Knowledge of code security, monitoring, and quality tools .

Passion for UI / UX principles and creating seamless user experiences.

Bonus) Experience with healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR) .

Strong English skills ; German is a plus.

Independent, proactive mindset with a passion for teamwork.
