How You’ll Make an

Impact

Lead and

manage offers for Control & Protection systems in HVDC

transmission projects, overseeing cost, time, resources, and

quality.

Drive customer

success by delivering innovative solutions to global energy

challenges.

Guide a diverse

and dynamic project team through complex technical and commercial

landscapes.

Negotiate and

manage contracts with suppliers, partners, and customers—including

change requests and

claims.

Ensure customer

satisfaction by aligning expectations and delivering compelling

offers.

What

You Bring

university master’s degree in electrical engineering or a

comparable field.

Several

years of professional experience, including proven project

management expertise.

Strong

technical knowledge in converter technology, high-voltage systems,

and control & protection—HVDC experience is a

plus.

Recognised project

management certifications (e.g. PM@Siemens, PMI,

IPMA).

A structured and

communicative personality with a drive for efficient, win-win

outcomes, az well as initiative to identify cost-saving

opportunities and prepare competitive

offers.

Intercultural

experience and willingness to travel (approx. 20%); Fluency in

English (spoken and written); German language skills are a

plus
