Tasks

The Role

We are looking for an Accountant to join our finance team. If you are a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of German accounting standards and tax regulations , and you thrive in a collaborative, international environment, this role is for you. You will play a key part in ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting, keeping daily operations running smoothly, and supporting our migration to NetSuite.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a scaling finance function while gaining hands-on experience in NetSuite and multi-entity, cross-border accounting.

In this role, you will :

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment runs across our entities in Germany.
• Ensure compliance with German accounting standards and tax regulations, applying your knowledge to maintain accuracy and reliability in financial reporting.
• Support the migration to NetSuite by ensuring the accuracy and high quality of financial data.
• Contribute to timely month-end and year-end closings with precise reporting and reconciliations.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Accountant, Finance & Controlling team, local auditors, vendors, and customers.
