What part will you play? In your role you analyze specific market requirements and elaborate related buying decision factors as well as comparable competitor advantages! In addition, you identify Medium Voltage market trends for AIS primary switchgear, drive ramp-up of AIS primary switchgear and build requirement specifications including economics calculation.

Moreover, this role will involve the following tasks :

• You drive and coordinate development AIS primary switchgear as well as cost effective AIS primary switchgear.
• You promote and spec-in medium voltage AIS switchgear at main utilities worldwide and actively support sales regions on AIS & digital features.
• You present medium voltage AIS switchgear for AIS at global customers.
• Furthermore, you develop AIS switchgear and responsible for the placement into the market.
• You support medium voltage AIS related product homologations in the region.

What you need to make real what matters.

• You hold a master’s degree in electrical engineering with many years of experience in energy automation or in the field of digital solutions.
• Additionally, possessing knowledge in Medium Voltage switchgear is required.
• Skills in the product and system business with focus on medium voltage and digital applications, along with extensive knowledge in sales, marketing and economics, are part of your expertise.
• Moderation ability with business proficient English skills, preferably also German skills also belong to your abilities.
• For the role it is important to be a teammate with distinctive intercultural competency (ideally gained via a temporary employment abroad).
• Furthermore, you like working in a global network and are willing for abroad business travel.
• Personally, you convince us with your customer orientation, your leadership competence as well as your decision-making ability.
