What You’ll Get to Do :
As a CACI-SOAS Publicly Available Information (PAI) Intelligence Analyst, your worksite will be at the command headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany, for the entire period of performance. The Publicly Available Information (PAI) Intelligence Analyst shall be responsible for independently conducting PAI analysis activities in support of designated military units throughout the AFRICOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). The Intelligence Analyst prepares comprehensive informational products and disseminates both raw and finished intelligence reporting to the USAFRICOM J2X Identity and Material Exploitation (IM-X) and its component commands.

Conduct in-depth research, information gathering, collation, analysis, and link analysis of a wide range of extremely complex information to include targets, evaluating source-provided information, and analyzing veracity of intelligence reports.
Utilizing PAI, prepares comprehensive foreign intelligence and terrorism informational or analytical products. Delivers products as required by the USAFRICOM J2X Identity and Material Exploitation (IM-X).
Identify historical reporting, relevant collection requirements, and information needs in support of the USAFRICOM J2X Identity and Material Exploitation (IM-X).
Coordinates with representatives of intelligence staffs at USAFRICOM, and / or other entities at the discretion of the USAFRICOM J2X Identity and Material Exploitation (IM-X).
Fuse intelligence and raw data from multiple sources in varying classifications to identify threats, trends, structures of terrorist cells, their location, and plotting attack information (such as fire-points, impact sites, timelines, etc.) on a weekly to daily basis.
Evaluates field reports involving terrorist group organizational structures and their involved interrelationships among other organizations and state sponsored groups targeting the United States (U.S.), its Allies, and the Host Nation.
Builds and maintains professional contacts with U.S. counterparts, such as military and national-level intelligence / counterterrorism agencies.
Ensures all products and briefings produced in support of this requirement are in strict compliance with security classification, restrictive caveats, and dissemination directives.
Maintains knowledge of host nation intelligence and security organizations.
Maintains knowledge of third country intelligence services that pose a threat to US resources and the organization’s personnel. Maintains knowledge of the capabilities of state sponsored, transnational, international or regional terrorist groups and their surrogates that threaten US security.
Disseminates raw and finished intelligence products to the USAFRICOM J2X Identity and Material Exploitation (IM-X).
Travels and provides onsite and offsite support to other OCONUS locations in the USAFRICOM AOR when requested.
Maintains PAI data on the USAFRICOM J2X Identity and Material Exploitation (IM-X) identified systems.
Pushes PAI alert notifications to the USAFRICOM J2X Identity and Material Exploitation (IM-X), its component commands.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications :
Requires an active TS / SCI
Minimum of 9 years analytical experience at the tactical / operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies. OR Minimum of 7 years analytical experience at the tactical / operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and an Associate’s degree. OR Minimum of 3 years analytical experience at the tactical / operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and a Bachelor’s degree. OR a Masters degree
Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
Familiar with and capable of using social media platforms
Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills
Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team.
Briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate information.
Advanced working knowledge of social media applications and expert knowledge of Open Source research including methodologies and systems.
Must possess a valid US passport
Must be able to obtain SOFA status in Germany.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree
Experience in either CT, Afghanistan, Iraq / SWA regional issues, HUMINT, Force Protection / Counterintelligence or military analysis
Completed OS302 OSINT Analytic Tools Course
Completed EAG – Basic Social Media Analysis Course
Complete EAG – Advanced Social Media Analysis Course
