We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (m / w / d) to lead the HR function for the Flow Control Valves Business Unit in Korschenbroich, Germany . (#LI-Onsite)
Working as a key member of the site's HR leadership team, you will act as employee relations partner, build and implement HR (Human Resources) initiatives to support our organization and business strategy, including but not limited to organization culture, talent management, legal compliance, labor relations, employee experience and engagement. You will report to Director HR.
