We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager(m / w / f) to join our rapidly growing business at our modern office in Munich. This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous product enhancements.
Job Description
As a Product Manager(m / w / f), you will play a pivotal role in facilitating communication among various stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders and product managers across the organization to gather requirements, communicate product roadmaps, and secure buy-in for strategic directions
- Create and maintain the product master file, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on product composition, positioning, and claims
- Track new product development from sourcing to market launch
- Coordinate information flow and deliverables timeline with all stakeholders to meet launch targets
- Prepare decision-making templates on new product developments
- Prioritize opportunities and refine product briefings using product management practices
- Ensure product labeling complies with EU regulations and coordinate label changes across distribution channels
- Communicate important product updates to all teams across channels (Webshop, e-Pharma, Amazon)
Your profile
- Background in business, marketing, innovation management, or similar fields
- Basic understanding of branding, e-commerce, product lifecycle, and project management
- Enthusiasm for supplements and healthy nutrition; pharmaceutical knowledge is advantageous
- Several years of professional experience in healthcare or personal care sectors, preferably in nutritional supplements or OTC products
- Experience in managing artwork and product label preparation
- Creativity, fluency, and a flair for graphic design
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (CMS, Asana, Trello, etc)
- Fluent English and German skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, solution-oriented, reliable, and structured way of working
- Willingness to travel up to 10-20% within Germany and Europe
