Job Description : The opportunity
We are looking for a motivated intern (m / f / d) to actively support our Department Grid Automation in Mannheim in the order handling processes.
How youll make an impact
- You support our customers by helping them get the products they need
- You handle order confirmations based on customer purchase orders and enter them into our SAP system
- You manage internal purchasing track order confirmations from our factory and coordinate monthly shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- You take care of monthly billing and invoicing to meet sales and cashflow targets
- You ensure all processes follow internal and external rules and guidelines
- You live Hitachi Energys core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility and supporting your team
Your background
Ideally you have a commercial educationYoure comfortable with Excel and Outlook and if you know SAP / S4 Hana even betterYou learn fast take ownership and get things doneYouve got a good level of English and enjoy working in an international teamMore about us
