System Certification and Qualification Engineer (d/m/w)

Your Tasks
- Support in the definition and maintenance of the DASS certification plan.
- Support in the definition and maintenance of the DASS qualification plan and ensure that all planned DASS C&Q activities are carried out.
- Independent review and approval of technical documents within the scope of the approval-relevant verification in cooperation with Design Office specialists
- Support certification activities of complex hardware and software components according to DO-254 and DO-178
- Support of certification activities for environmental qualification of equipment (DO-160)
- Independent observer for acceptance tests (laboratory test, ground test, flight test)
- Review of certification and qualification documents
Ihr Profil
- BSc. / Msc. degree in engineering or similar
- Very good knowledge in airworthiness regulations and procedures and in Safety principles with an overview of the safety process are required
- Solid experience in compliance demonstration
- Good knowledge of electronic warfare
- Airbus experience is an advantage
- Knowledge with the following standards : DO-178 Software Qualification, DO-254 Hardware qualification and DO-160 environmental qualification are a must.
- Completed further training in the field of testing is advantageous
- Fluent English language skills are required. Fluency in German, French or Spanish would be beneficial
