We are collaborating with a global fintech leader that empowers traders with secure access to a diverse range of financial instruments and cutting-edge tools. As part of their expansion into German and Canadian markets , they are looking to onboard a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow their portfolio and drive new business initiatives.

Compensation : 💰 Base salary (DOE)

This is a remote opportunity for a candidate with a proven track record in Forex , who is eager to scale client relationships and contribute to a high-growth environment.

💼 Responsibilities

🚀 Identify and develop new business opportunities through partner networks and strategic outreach

🤝 Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their goals and providing tailored solutions

📈 Meet and exceed sales targets while driving client retention and satisfaction

📊 Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform business strategy

🗣️ Deliver compelling presentations and close deals through expert-level negotiation

📝 Maintain detailed records of business activities and provide regular performance updates to management

✅ Requirements

🌐 Fluent / native English (C1 level), both written and spoken

🇩🇪 Demonstrated sales experience in German or Canadian financial markets

📚 Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

💼 Proven Forex industry experience with an active client portfolio of at least $100K–$150K / month in Net Deposits

📊 Strong understanding of trading products and client-centric solution delivery

🧠 Strategic thinker with excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

🤝 Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
